Norwich vs Liverpool – Time to knit

As we dust off another pre season and approach our first Premier league game in years with decent support we’re reminded of how much the 12th man really means. (Saying we won the league under lockdown is technically true but we all know it was won before that)

We saw that vs Osasuna , no Nev – OSASUNA Not SUSANNA, the mind plays trix 😉 With Si Senor ripping though our church that was the first time I felt at home watching our boys again.

Without the fans roaring us on we did a Jerry Maguire and became incomplete, coupled with our unfortunate defensive demise we turned bashful under pressure. Managing a miraculous 26 out of 30 points though meant we can luckily celebrate being in the CL again, whatever you think of Wafer. No one saw that coming so in a sense we once again, did the unthinkable.

Several solid looking pre-season performances there’s a lot to be positive about, from Mina’s prowness, to Bobby dazzler, to Tmistkipoos confidence, to VVD stewarding and to Klopp Smiling. But Saturday is the real test as we enter a period of importance for LFC.

3 points will be hugely welcomed. How do you think we’ll start this season ?
