After a tough week we’re heading back home on Sunday to play Brentford in the PL. The lads need to regroup here and show us what they’re made of. A fire should be lit after that defeat in France yesterday, the lads can’t accept that type of performance, was lackluster at times full of sloppy and disgruntled play.
3 points an absolute must here before yet another bloody International break before yet another early kick off at shitty. It’s setup for a massive 6 pointer if we can get this one over the line. Brentford now sitting in 9th place from an impressive 3 wins on the bounce including West Ham and Chelsea. This can’t be taken for granted and will need to be 100% up for this. Any players go missing again here and we’ll be in trouble.
I think I’d start Nunez, Jota and Salah up top, all players have goals in them but just need to find that fluidity to make it all happen. Mac is suspended and I’ve seen rumours Trent is being considered to drop in for him, not against that at all but still think Endo needs more minutes to get comfortable. Let’s go out on Sunday with a fire in our bellies redmen!
