It was a bitter-sweet weekend for the mighty Redmen, a big win at the Bees and seeing shitty drop points means we’re outright top of the league but dealing with more huge injury blows will no doubt hurt us for the run in. Jota is the biggest blow, he was absolutely tearing it up for us lately and was a bang on starter for us right now, so to have his skillset and threat nulled could be devastating for us, such an innocuous event aswell, bless him.
We move on though, we have no choice. But with rumours of Salah and Nunez picking up a knock we’re probably going to need a slight change of tactic on Weds with only Diaz and Gakpo fit up top. Maybe Elliot could just slot into Salah’s spot and we just crack on from there, shame Doak ain’t fit tbh.
There is also another option.. Danns has been killing it recently. Doors open right now for another chance from an academy player.

With a scrappy draw last out against Luton we have some unfinished business, our midfield is starting to look pretty tight now so we should look to dominate there. Endo has been bloody brilliant for us and so has Mac, they’re synced up now and I think this is why Mac is confident in moving into more attacking areas where he knows he can be dangerous. We need all the help we can get with the mids chipping in with assists and goals.
We absolutely have to make the most of our league position Wednesday, which will put us in good stead before our trip to Wembley on Sunday for the Final. Every game is a final now though isn’t it. Hope the boys thrive off the pressure and get the 3 points which ever way it comes!
HAVE IT BOYS!!!
And have a fkin amazing time 51YEARS hope it’s a brilliant night !! The weather is supposed to be dry but have a few wet ones for all of us !!
