So here it is, summer vacation is pretty much over for us football fans. Ah well, guess we’ll just have to get up for the new season now…
Some summer we’ve had though so far.
I think the game was definitely to tilt to quality over quantity, we’re situated now with a world class squad that can compete on all four fronts. To do this though requires upwards of 60 games, which is why we need depth. I think that’s why we’re going all out on Isak and another CB to prepare for such a run. That and to offset stresses towards the end of the season, which we’ve seen for years now. 2 quality players for each position plus maybe another player as 3rd backup might be able to get us places we’ve only dreamed of.
