Everyone has a moment or two, but you can redirect that energy into something positive here. Salah should now be coming out and apologizing. If he doesn’t he’s finished. Simple as that. For Salah this may be a win, but for the club it’s a gigantic loss. Whatever he decides to do is upto him, but I think he knows what the right thing to do is. Maybe take a leaf out of Robbo’s book in how to deal with your position being at risk. I just hate this crazy talk, you’re supposed to be an ambassador for this club and an example to players like Rio. Hate watching this. Maybe if Milner or Hendo were in the squad still it wouldn’t have happened.
Hey, Salah what about all the things the club has done for you ? All the contracts and money you asked for. Don’t think we won’t now have to cash in on you in Jan because you’re setting it all up just for that to happen.
Anyway, we have to get another win under our belts here. Although I believe the season is pretty much over and all focus should probably be on getting top 4 for next season. There is not a hope in hell we can win the CL playing like the chumps we have been. If I was Slot one big goal is to make Wirtz happy and playing with freedom, we have to build the team around him now, and Ekitike Isak and Szlob. The new Liverpool is dawning.

If we come away with a resounding defeat which is likely on the cards then i’m on the fence with him leaving before weekend. I would hope he stays though until at least xmas, to me some clubs would have giving marching orders by now, but the one thing i’m hoping the club do is to take their time with a proper replacement strategy. One that isn’t knee jerk or interim. The club knows we have the tools for a manager to win things immediately if they get things ticking again. We have to maintain the status of a club that quality players want to come to, otherwise it’s a downwards spiral like united since Fergie.
Whatever happens. Do the right thing for the longevity of the club.

54years – I am so so sorry for your family’s loss, just devastating, I’m so sorry. I just posted this and closed the last thread one down before I read it.
