Sure, the Carabao cup isn’t named after an animal it’s actually named after an energy drink company based in Thailand. Carabao is the current title sponsor of the League Cup, as it has been since 2017, and will remain so until 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyway, i’m waffling. This is great chance for our Fringers to get some serious minutes against a solid team on the morrow. I think we should have enough fire power to overcome them but wouldn’t be the biggest tragedy if we succumbed to be honest. Players like Kevin , Jones, Nunez, Gomez, Tsimi etc are getting decent minutes in more serious competitions so it’s not like they desperately need game time right now in a different comp. But the likes of Endo, Quansah, Morton etc will want to play any kind of football they can get their hands on. <\/p>\n\n\n

It will be nice to get back into winning ways as well, we’re not blowing teams away in the slightest at the moment, but we’re really doing enough to get by. This type of game might be perfect for a risk avoider like Slot to change things up a little and maybe tweak his tactics. Remember he’s still learning a lot about the players on a daily basis and if he’s had some crazy ideas of what to do with certain players now’s the time to test it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
