Well what a position we’re in to take full advantage of with this game tomorrow night, consecutive wins from now on will only put massive pressure on the chasing pack. But that pressure is only equaled by us leading by a distance. Will the players take their foot off the gas ? I don’t think Slot will let them.
It’s a ridiculous and record breaking start in many ways for Slot this season. He’s come in such a ruthless, yet understated fashion he barely gets talked about. Only now people across the world are noticing his brilliance, but he needed the players and their buy in to execute this. Nobody predicted this and yet it’s come fairly easy to him. Long may it continue.

Lineups will be interesting this week after coming off the back of the toughest week on paper this season. We find ourselves a little short with Ali, Jota, Bradders, Ibou out for quite a few more weeks yet but we have solid backup in their places. Trent’s just coming back from an injury so he’ll have been rested well. Ellliot can provide some relief in a few positions and as long as Gomez stays fit we’ll be solid at the back.
Kelleher is Kelleher. Any more clean sheets and he’ll be Pushing Ali to the bench.
